On-Demand Training For Attorneys

1. Are these techniques admissible in court?

Yes. Since the majority of the techniques are based on the English language such as word definitions and the rules of grammar, they are admissible in court. There are only a few techniques that are based on research and observations that would not be admissible.

2. How can I pay for the training?

You can pay online with a credit card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase the training.

3. How long will I have to complete the training?

Your username and password to access the training will be valid for 180 days upon purchasing the training. If you need additional time to complete the training, send me an email and I will extend your access to the training.

4. How long will it take to complete the training?

You can proceed through the training at your own pace. Many people take their time and complete the training over a one or two-week period. If you wanted to, you could complete the training in six hours or less since it is equivalent to 360 minutes of instruction.

5. What is in the workbook?

The workbook contains the techniques and key points from each lesson. The workbook also contains the test statements you can analyze. There is a "Notes" area on each page where you can write down some additional information from the lesson and you can write down some of the examples found in the lesson.

6. Tell me more about the quizzes I will have to take.

At the end of each lesson, there will be a quiz consisting of three questions. The questions are taken from the key points in the lesson. Some of the answers can also be found in the workbook. If you answer a question incorrectly, you will have the opportunity to retake the quiz.

7. What are the test statements like?

The test statements give you an opportunity to practice analyzing a statement. After analyzing and marking up the statement in your workbook, you can then compare your analysis with a completed analysis. This will help you to see how well you are progressing in analyzing statements. For the final test statement, you will submit to me your analysis using an online form. I will review your analysis and provide you with some feedback.

8. There are several people in my firm who would like to take the training. Is there a group discount?

Yes. Please send me an email for information on a group rate.

9. I am not an attorney. Will I benefit from these techniques?

Yes. However, this training is designed specifically for an attorney who is examining a document, interviewing a witness or cross-examining a witness. If you are not an attorney, I would recommend you take our other online Statement Analysis Course. It is set up for an interviewer or anyone who wants to learn how to detect deception.

10. I have read your books "I Know You Are Lying" and "Don't Be Deceived." Will I still benefit from this online training?

Yes. The on-demand training course is more detailed on how to analyze a statement to detect deception. There are practice statements for you to analyze to see how well you are doing. The on-demand training also contains some additional techniques for analyzing a statement that are not in the books.
